Cancellation Policy

In order for us to provide our clients with the highest-quality service, we ask that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment. Failure to do so will result in a full service charge and will be automatically billed to your next booked appointment.

Clients that arrive late for their services will be accommodated as best as possible; however, your service may be altered due to starting the treatment late.
